Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of eAdStack at eadstack.com. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

The service

eAdStack uses AI to generate marketing material (hooks, scripts, ad copy, voiceovers, images and pre-sell pages) from product URLs you provide. Output is generated automatically and may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing it before use.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.

Subscriptions and billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance in USD: Starter $19, Hustler $49, Pro Marketer $129, Agency Scale $299 and Unlimited VIP $699.
• Lifetime Unlimited is a one-time $999 USD purchase with all features and unlimited usage, with no monthly renewals or credit resets.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel or change plans anytime via "Manage Subscription"; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use eAdStack to create content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or that makes false health, financial or other claims; to violate advertising platform policies; to scrape or abuse the service; or to resell access without permission. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content and ownership

You keep ownership of what you submit and, to the extent permitted by law, of the output generated for you. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to any URLs, brands or material you submit.

Third-party services

If you use your own third-party API keys, your use of those services is governed by their terms and billing.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including any guarantee of ad performance or sales. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using eAdStack at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
