eAdStack ("eAdStack", "we", "us") operates eadstack.com, an AI tool that turns product URLs into ad hooks, scripts, ad copy, voiceovers, static ad creatives and pre-sell pages. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account data: your email address and sign-in details (including Google sign-in, if used).
• Content you submit: product URLs, brand kits, affiliate/checkout links, scripts and prompts, and the campaigns, images and audio we generate for you.
• Billing data: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and plan, never your full card number.
• Optional API keys: if you save your own third-party API keys (Unlimited VIP), we store them to make requests on your behalf.
• Technical data: IP address (stored only as a one-way hash for free-preview abuse prevention), browser type, and basic usage logs.

How we use it

• To provide, operate and improve the service and generate your content.
• To process subscriptions and manage credits.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with the law.
• To contact you about your account, billing or important changes.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run eAdStack: hosting and database providers, AI model providers that process your prompts and page content to generate output, and Stripe for payments. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep your account and campaigns while your account is active. You can delete campaigns at any time, or ask us to delete your account and associated data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email us to make a request.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted per account, and generated files are stored privately. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

eAdStack is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new date above. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the app.
